MY APPROACH
I don't tell you what to do.I don't make decisions for you.
I combine the ICF coaching approach with my own way of working to help you uncover limiting beliefs, recognise when your choices no longer align with what truly matters to you, and understand the impact of those choices.
Through active listening, powerful questions and honest reflection, I help you reconnect with your own voice.
My approach is supportive but honest. I create a space where you can look at yourself and your choices with greater clarity — without judgement, but without avoiding what needs to be seen.
Because lasting transformation doesn't come from someone giving you the answers.
It comes from having the courage to face yourself, make conscious choices and take ownership of the life you want to create.
